What Happens During a Child Assessment for ADHD or Learning Disorders?

During a psychoeducational or ADHD child assessment, we will typically utilize standardized testing, clinical interviews, and caregiver or teacher questionnaires. After the assessment, we provide feedback and individualized recommendations to support effective learning strategy and treatment planning.

What is the Cost of a Child Assessment for ADHD or Learning Disorders?

We also provide flat race pricing of $3000 for psychoeducational and ADHD testing for children. Our gifted child testing is priced at $1500. These assessments are not eligible for OHIP coverage.

At What Age Should I Consider an Assessment for My Child?

In most instances, a child will not be tested for ADHD or learning disorders until they are school-aged. We typically recommend ADHD testing be completed for children aged 7 and above.For children under the age of 7, we provide individual consultation to determine whether an assessment could be considered.
